440 Tape:
A 100% solid Polyisobutylene cross-lined butyl, preformed sealant. Tape is used for non-compression glazing of vision lites and spandrel panels in PVC metal and wood frames, in low rise building construction.
Dymonic 100:
A high-performance, high-movement, single-component, medium-modulus, low-VOC, UV-stable, non-sag polyurethane sealant.
Tremflex 834:
A pure acrylic latex sealant formulated to provide a fast-setting pliable seal with minimal shrinkage. Used for general purpose interior and exterior caulking and as a back bedding glazing compound. Highly recommended as an acoustical seal in the construction of interior walls, ceilings and floors to reduce Sound Transmission Class (STC of partition walls. Ideal for interior joints that will be painted such as door and window frame perimeters and precast concrete plank joints.
TREMstop Silione (Fyre-Sil):
A gun-grade, neutral-cure silicone sealant designed for use in Firestop applications including both joints and through-penetrations. Use on metal pipe, plastic pipe, cables, cable trays, ducts and multiple- through-penetrations as well as static joints and dynamic joints in concrete, wood floor/ceiling and gypsum wall assemblies and perimeter fire barrier joints.
Spectrem 1:
A high-performance, single-component, moisture-cure, ultra-low modulus silicone sealant. Spectrem 1 is the ideal sealant for the most demanding dynamically moving joints. This includes material having a high coefficient of linear expansion such as aluminum curtainwalls, precast concrete panels, metal panels and window perimeters.
Spectrem 2:
A high-performance, single-component, neutral-cure, medium-modulus silicone sealant. Spectrem 2 is ideal for a variety of perimeter caulking and glazing applications, including 2-sided structural glazing. May be used on substrates such as aluminum, glass, steel, painted metal, plastic, stone, concrete and brick.
Vulkem 45 SSL:
A one-part moisture curing, low modulus polyurethane sealant especially developed for sealing joints in level and/or slightly sloped surfaces. Provides exceptional wear and tear resistance required in high traffic areas. Used in expansion joints in sidewalks, swimming pool decks, terraces, parking decks, plazas, floor and other horizontal surfaces with slopes up to 6%.
Vulkem 116:
One-part, high-performance polyurethane sealant. General purpose sealant for use on poured concrete, precast, masonry, window and door perimeters, and similar types of construction joints.
1200 OS Primer:
Primer for silicone adhesives and sealants.
123 Silicone Seal:
Preformed silicone seal for weatherproofing applications. Applications: Alternative to cutting-out and recaulking existing failed weatherproofing sealants; Aluminum splice in high-performance window and curtain walls; leak-free transition seal; seal for leaking skylights
732 Multi-Purpose Sealant:

756 SMS Building Sealant:

786 Silicone Sealant:
Silicone rubber sealant for nonporous surfaces, showers, tubs, sinks and plumbing fixture. Application: Designed to seal nonporous surfaces around showers, tubs, sinks and plumbing fixtures where conditions of high humidity and temperature extremes exist.
790 Silicone Building Sealant:

Contractor’s Concrete Sealant (CCS):

Contractor’s Weatherproofing Sealant (CWS):

Sikaflex 1A Polyurethane Sealant:
Premium-grade, high-performance, moisture-cured, 1-component, polyurethane-based, non-sag elastomeric sealant. Sikaflex-1a can be used in green and damp concrete applications.
Sikaflex-2 C NS:
A 2-component, premium-grade, polyurethane-based, elastomeric sealant. Sikaflex-2 C NS is principally a chemical cure in a non-sag consistency.
Sikaflex-2 C SL:

Sikasil WS-295:
One part, neutral cure for use in most common weatherproofing applications on a wide variety of materials. Sikasil WS-295 is a versatile medium modulus silicone for weather-seal applications and structural glazing. This sealant has been specifically designed as a weather-seal in both conventional and structural glazing as well as glass to glass butt joint glazing.

Pecora 890 NST:
Designed primarily for sealing expansion and control joints in precast concrete panels, architectural and natural stone, metal curtainwalls, perimeter sealing of doors and windows, Exterior Insulation Finish Systems (EIFS) and numerous other areas requiring a high-performance sealant.
Pecora 895 NST:
High-performing, neutral curing, medium modulus silicone sealant specifically designed for structural and non-structural glazing, with excellent aesthetic characteristics in that it will not stain sensitive porous natural stones such as granite or marble and will not contribute to residue run down on non-porous surfaces such as metal or glass curtain wall facades.
Pecora 898 NST:
A single component, very low odor, neutral curing silicone sealant with excellent aesthetic characteristics in that it will not stain sensitive porous natural stones such as granite or marble.
AC-20:
Non-sag, acrylic latex caulking compound for general purpose interior and exterior caulking in architectural applications where slight to moderate movement is anticipated; Excellent sealant for caulking interior concrete joints, hollow core ceiling and floor planks, window and door frames, vinyl, aluminum, steel and plywood siding, sheetrock, baseboards and bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
Ultra/Bond Mirror Mastic:
High strength, general purpose mastic. Is designed to provide a fast permanent bond between mirror and drywall, wood and metals. Since ultra/bond can be compressed to 1/32 of an inch, it makes it ideal for mirror installations requiring close tolerance such as mirrored overlays or mirrored furniture. For those uneven surfaces ultra/bond can build up to 3/4 inch.
Extra/Build Mirror Mastic:
Is ideal for large mirrored walls and uneven surfaces. Gunther Extra/Build will build out to 2 1/2 inches without sag. Its special formula contains antioxidants, which prevent chemical breakdown and will not become brittle with age.
